Last game of the normal season, but Church will have no doubt, one eye on the play-offs and keeping an eye on the Stourbridge v Kings Lynn and Kettering v Stratford games to see who they face in the play-off semi-final next Wednesday.
A win for Church will see them clinched 4th place, whilst any slip up will allow Stratford to overtake us, if they beat the champions.
However, Church will want to finish 4th, as it gives them the possibility of a home game in the final should Stratford beat whoever finishes 2nd in the other semi-final.
Needham Market are currently 12th on 57 points from 41 games, scoring 67 (1 more than Church) and conceding 65 (13 more than Church).
A win should give them a top half finish and they could finish as high as 9th if other results go their way.
Joseph Marsden is their top goalscorer with 18 league goals to his credit.
So, this will NOT be an easy game!
After a run of 8 defeats, 1 draw and only 1 win, in their 10 previous games, Needham have responded undefeated in their last 6, winning 3 and drawing 3.
Church too, are unbeaten in their last 6, winning 4 and drawing 2, so both clubs are bang in form.
The reverse fixture on 1st September saw Church win 3-0 with goals from Luke Yates, Josh Ezewele and a penalty from Tom Turton.
